I would like to give some advice to the senior admins. When I used to play in 2022–2023, my name was not ALPHA; it was something else. At that time, names like Omega and aega were common, but there were no such frequent fights or unnecessary conflicts.
My main point is that the number of admins has increased too much. Everyone is requesting admin status just for show or personal pride. No one really changes the maps, no one takes responsibility for wars or photos, except one or two people, including myself.
If you don’t believe this, you can check the admin ban list. Nowadays, anyone is becoming an admin, whether they are good or not. In my opinion, admin selection should also be based on a person’s behavior, so that players can observe and respond positively. Most conflicts usually start because of bad language
