unnecessary ban SrhT

I have been playing on this server for a very long time; 
I have complied with numerous requests for screenshots and computer scans via .exe files, working with various admins along the way.
However, regarding the most recent ban, no request was sent to generate a screenshot in the CS folder, yet I was banned anyway.

What steps can we take to address this ban?

The person who was going to reply got banned; one shouldn't take screenshots or do anything of that sort.
