If you believe you were banned unfairly or would like your punishment to be reviewed, please complete the template below. Incomplete applications, joke applications, or applications that do not follow the template may be rejected immediately.

Spam, lies, insults, or pressuring STAFF members will not speed up the process and may result in your request being rejected.

Submitting an UNBAN request does not guarantee that your ban will be removed. The final decision will be made after reviewing the evidence and the circumstances of the ban.
