Module necesare: Acest mod functioneaza numai cu Dproto 0.9.356 . Trebuie sa schimbati pe speex codec in server.cfg.

sv_voicevolume_speex - volume during Speex - > SILK conversion (default 1.0)
sv_voicevolume_silk - volume during SILK -> Speex conversion (default 1.0)
sv_voicefloodms - prevent voice packets flood (e.g. speedhack) , in milliseconds (i.e. minimal delay between packets, default 30)
vtc_log [0/1] switches on/off logging. Default 0 - off
vtc_logdir - logs directory. If empty it will be plugin directory.

Comenzi:-
Instalare: 

• Copiezi folderul vtc in /cstrike/addons/
• Adauga VTC la lista de plugins Metamod: add

Atentie! Trebuie sa lansezi modul fara a da restart la server!
