### Regulament Admini Server

Testele Wg(wargods) vor fi cerute doar de Detinatori  cei care vor cere sub gradul de Detinator vor fi sanctionati!!!

Respectarea programului de activitate al serverului:

Dorim să încurajăm participarea activă pe server, așa că vă rugăm să participați la jocurile publice. Mix-urile de orice fel sunt interzise , pentru a avea un server activ si pentru a construi o comunitate solidă.

Încearcă să contribui la menținerea unui server activ, jucând pe server cât mai multe posibilități și invitând alți prieteni să se alăture!

    

     1.    Votarea serverului zilnic
Fiecare jucător activ este obligat să voteze zilnic serverul pentru promovare și menținerea comunității active.
    2.  ...  In Asteptare ...
    3.    Interdicția de a juca pe alte servere publice
Adminii nu au voie să joace pe alte servere publice, pentru a menține integritatea și loialitatea față de comunitate.
    4.    Interzicerea folosirii comenzilor între admini
Este strict interzisă aplicarea comenzilor între admini. Abuzurile vor fi sancționate.
    5.    Procedură pentru suspiciuni asupra unui admin
În cazul suspiciunilor asupra unui admin, înregistrați un demo și prezentați dovezile unui deținător sau fondator. Banurile între admini sunt interzise, decizia finală aparține conducerii serverului.
    6.     Obligația Adminilor
Prezenta este OBLIGATORIE PENTRU ADMINI pe TS3! La 3 absente -1!
    7.  Fără comenzi pe colegii de echipă
Nu se permit comenzi administrative pe colegii de echipă (kick, ban, slay, etc.). Orice abuz va fi sancționat.
    8.    Interzicerea strafe-ului excesiv și ground strafe-ului
Strafe-ul excesiv și ground strafe-ul sunt interzise pentru a menține un gameplay echilibrat. Încălcările vor fi sancționate conform regulamentului.
   9.    Limbaj adecvat și respect reciproc
Este obligatoriu să folosiți un limbaj civilizat. Respectul față de jucători și staff este crucial. Comportamentele agresive sau jignitoare vor fi sancționate.
    10.    Respectarea jucătorilor și a adminilor
Indiferent de grad, respectul față de jucători și admini este obligatoriu. Lipsa de respect poate duce la pierderea gradului.
    11.    Responsabilitatea de a aplana conflictele
Adminii au obligația de a aplana conflictele și de a menține o atmosferă prietenoasă pe server.
    12.    Schimbarea hărților și votarea
După 15 runde, se inițiază votul pentru schimbarea hărții. La 20 de runde se dă comanda LAST și se schimbă harta. Dacă sunt mai puțin de 15 jucători, harta va fi schimbată în de_dust2  iar timpul se va seta automat pe no time limit pana la urmatorul vot. 
    13.    Motive reale pentru ban
Adminii trebuie să furnizeze motive clare și reale pentru banuri. Abuzurile vor fi sancționate.
    14.    Interdicția aplicării de banuri între admini
Adminii nu au voie să se baneze între ei. Orice astfel de abatere va atrage sancțiuni, inclusiv eliminarea gradului.
    15.    Consistența nick-ului între joc și TS3
Adminii trebuie să folosească același nick pe serverul de joc și pe TeamSpeak pentru a evita confuziile.
    16.    Interzicerea discuțiilor despre alte servere
Este interzisă discuția despre alte servere pe chat fără acordul staff-ului. Orice abatere va fi sancționată.
    17.    Suspiciuni asupra unui jucător
Adminii pot solicita demo-uri sau poze pentru verificări. Restul adminilor trebuie să înregistreze un demo și să-l trimită pentru analiză.
    18.    Obligații privind banlist-ul și dovezile
Adminii trebuie să păstreze dovezile banurilor timp de 48 de ore pentru a putea fi prezentate în cazul cererilor de unban sau reclamațiilor.
   19.    Banuri temporare emise de bot
Jucătorii banați automat de bot pentru 10 minute nu vor primi ulterior ban permanent.

  20.   Banuri temporare si Banuri permanente

Se interzic banurile pe ip permanent. Se poate da permanent doar pe Steam. Banurile pe IP se dau doar temporar (ex 10080 7 zile)
    21.   Interzicerea scripturilor și a altor coduri
Utilizarea scripturilor și a codurilor care oferă avantaje nejustificate este strict interzisă și va fi sancționată pe sever.
    22.   Interzicerea urcării pe texturile hărții
Este interzisă urcarea pe texturi sau accesarea zonelor neprevăzute de designul original al hărții. Încălcările vor fi sancționate.
    23.  Toți adminii trebuie să dețină Steam
Toți adminii trebuie să aibă un cont de Steam activ. Cererile pentru admin făcute de jucători fără Steam vor fi automat respinse.
    24.  Procedura pentru jucătorii banați anterior pentru coduri
Dacă un jucător a fost banat în trecut pentru coduri, nu îi vei da ban imediat în cazul unei noi suspiciuni. Înregistrează un demo și observă comportamentul acestuia pentru câteva runde înainte de a lua o decizie.

    25.   Interzicerea banurilor permanente pentru limbaj
Banurile permanente pentru limbaj sunt interzise. Adminii trebuie să înceapă cu un gag de 3 minute pentru limbaj inadecvat. Dacă problema persistă, se poate aplica un ban de maxim 24 de ore.!

   26.  Interzicerea bhop-ului si al strafe-ului  sunt interzise pe server se pot sanctiona de la 1 zi pana la permanent ban !

    27. Cand un membru al staff-ului solicita poze(screen-uri) sau WG (WarGods) ,jucatorul are la dispozitie maxim 10 minute pentru a trimite dovada! Daca jucatorul nu raspunde in cele 10 min cu dovada va primi ban Permanent !

    28.  Se interzice a se face monitor pe server-ul de Ts3.

    29. Folositi comanda amx_spectate, atunci cand suspectati un player de cod.

Toți adminii sunt așteptați să respecte aceste reguli pentru a asigura buna funcționare a serverului și a comunității. Orice abatere va fi sancționată conform prevederilor de mai sus.

Staff-ul isi rezerva dreptul de a modifica regulamentul de mai sus ori de cate ori este nevoie! Sunteti obligati sa cititi ocazional acest regulament pentru a nu intampina probleme !

### Server Admin Rules

 

Wg(wargods) tests will only be requested by Holders, those who request below the Holder rank will be sanctioned!!!

 Respecting the Server Activity Program:

We encourage active participation on the server, so please join public games. Mixes of 1.6 or any kind are prohibited, in order to have an active server and build a solid community.

Try to contribute to keeping the server active by playing on it as much as possible and inviting other friends to join!

 

    1.    Daily Voting for the Server
Every active player is required to vote for the server daily to help promote and maintain the community.
    2.   ... On Hold ...
    3.    Prohibition of Playing on Other Public Servers
Admins are not allowed to play on other public servers to maintain the integrity and loyalty towards the community.
    4.    No Command Usage Between Admins
It is strictly forbidden for admins to use commands on each other. Abuses will be punished.
    5.    Procedure for Suspected Admin Misconduct
If you suspect an admin of misconduct, record a demo and present the evidence to an owner or server founder. Admins are not allowed to ban each other; final decisions belong to server leadership.
     6.  Admin Obligation
Attendance is MANDATORY FOR ADMINS on TS3! After 3 absences, -1!
    7.    No Commands on Teammates
Admins cannot use administrative commands (kick, ban, slay, etc.) on their teammates. Any abuse will result in sanctions.
    8.    Prohibition of Excessive Strafing and Ground Strafing
Excessive strafing and ground strafing are prohibited to ensure balanced gameplay. Violations will be punished accordingly.
    9.    Civil Language and Mutual Respect
Civilized language is mandatory. Respect towards both players and staff is crucial. Offensive or disrespectful behavior will be sanctioned.
    10.    Respecting Players and Admins
Regardless of rank, respect towards both players and admins is mandatory. Disrespect may lead to loss of admin privileges.
    11.    Responsibility to De-Escalate Conflicts
Admins are responsible for de-escalating conflicts and maintaining a friendly atmosphere on the server.
    12.    Map Changes and Voting
After 15 rounds, a vote will be initiated for map change. At 20 rounds, the command LAST will be used, and the map will be changed. If there are fewer than 15 players, the map will be switched to de_dust2 or de_inferno.
    13.    Valid Reasons for Bans
Admins must provide clear and valid reasons when issuing bans. Abuses will result in sanctions.
    14.    Prohibition of Banning Between Admins
Admins cannot ban each other. Any violation of this rule will lead to sanctions, including removal of admin rights.
    15.    Consistent Nicknames on the Server and TeamSpeak3 (TS3)
Admins must use the same nickname on the game server and TeamSpeak to avoid confusion.
    16.    No Discussions About Other Servers
Discussions about other servers on chat are prohibited unless approved by the staff. Any breach of this rule will be punished.
    17.    Suspicion of a Player
Admins may request demos or screenshots for verification. Other admins should record a demo and submit it for analysis if needed.
    18.    Banlist and Proof Obligations
Admins must keep proof of bans for 48 hours in case of unban requests or complaints.
    19.    Temporary Bans by the Bot
Players automatically banned for 10 minutes by the bot will not receive a permanent ban afterward.

   20.   Temporary Bans and Permanent Bans

It is forbidden to give permanent ban on IP, but it`s allowed permanent on STEAM ID. Temporary ban on IP (ex 10080 1 week)
    21. Prohibition of Scripts and Cheats
The use of scripts or cheats that give unfair advantages is strictly forbidden and will be severely punished.
    22.    No Accessing Map Textures or Exploits
It is forbidden to climb on textures or access unintended areas of the map. Violations will be sanctioned.
    23.   All Admins Must Have Steam
All admins must have an active Steam account. Admin applications from players without Steam will be automatically rejected.
    24.   Procedure for Previously Banned Players for Cheating
If a player was previously banned for cheating, you should not immediately ban them upon suspicion. Record a demo and observe them for several rounds to confirm if they are cheating or not.

    25.   No Permanent Bans for Language Violations
Permanent bans for inappropriate language are not allowed. Admins should start with a 3-minute gag for inappropriate language. If the behavior continues, a maximum ban duration of 24 hours can be applied. 

   26.  Banning bho and strafe are prohibited  on the server and can be sanctioned from 1 day to a permanent ban !

    27. When a staff member request pictures ( screenshots) or WG test ( WarGods),the player has amaximum of 10 minutes to provide the requested proof! If the player does not respond  within 10 minutes wit proof ,he will receive a Permanent Ban! 

    28. It is forbidden to monitor the Ts3 server.

    29. Use the amx_spectate command when you suspect a code player.

All admins are expected to adhere to these rules to ensure the smooth operation of the server and the community. Any violations will be sanctioned as outlined above.

The Staff reserves the right to modify the above rules whenever necessary! You are obliged to read these rules from time to time in order to avoid problems !
