when PRALEA checked you, you had a cheat injector, then you deleted the game and reinstalled it and it came out clean. it matters how it came out when you were on the server

You have a virus on you pc...and wg give you injector..my opinion you clean.

about cheat injector , some  Counter strike  when u scan with wg , give u this cheat injector . 

is nothing about hack or something like that .

Hello sorry not sure or I'm allowed tell my opinion here but i will just say 
I think your problem is 
McAMTaskAgent.exe
Witch is I think Network Monitoring Software
Witch I think you using it for help reduce your network problems and help you have better ping in game 
That could give you that red WG 
But to make sure you can contact wargod community and they will tell you for sure
