Shield + Rifle

Currently players discovered a loophole that breaks balance, which involves having a shield + a rifle. The shield in cs is meant for pistols only, but with the rifle it gives huge protection with zero downside and makes players way harder to kill. This is definitely not fair gameplay and it doesn't make sense that it is allowed and I see admins exploiting it instead of playing fairly. I guess sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to get a kill for lack of skill
