Regulament OFFICIAL - Admini & Vips
1) Adminii trebuie să respecte regulamentul referitor la schimbarea hartii, disponibil la linkul: https://bit.ly/3OMhrE5
2) Toți adminii trebuie să dețină un cont pe forumul comunității noastre.
3) Adminii nu sunt obligați să aibă o listă de jucători banați (banlist), dar în cazul în care primim o cerere de unban din partea unui jucător, adminul în cauză trebuie să prezinte un demo sau o dovadă (poze) că jucătorul respectiv a utilizat cheat-uri sau nu a dat WG sau SS. La fel si in cazul unei reclamatii.
4) Adminii și VIP-urile nu au voie să abuzeze de funcția de double jump pentru a se urca pe hărți - remove.
5) Adminii care se joacă pe server sunt obligați să intre pe TeamSpeak3 - remove.
6) Adminii au OBLIGAȚIA să stea SPECTATOR atunci când așteaptă după DEMO / SS (pentru a oferi suport) -1
7) DEMO / SS SE PREZINTA ÎN 24H, DACA NU, CEREREA VA FI RESPINSĂ!
😎Nu se executa comenzi pe alti admini! Sanctiune: -3, REMOVE!
9) Dacă ai suspiciuni cu privire la un admin, realizează un demo și raportează-l DEȚINĂTORILOR. Nu solicita Demo-uri sau SS -1
10) Disputele intre admini se rezolva pe TS3. Nu va certati pe server. -1
11) Nu faceti misto / arogante cu playeri noi sau incepatori , aveti obligatia de ai indruma si ajuta !
12) Prezenta este OBLIGATORIE PENTRU ADMINI pe TS3! La 3 absente -1! Exceptie: Giver-Coin
13) DOAR DEȚINĂTORII pot verifica VIP urile / Playerii și Adminii cu TEST WG
14) Bunnyhop este INTERZIS pe acest server
15) Pe timp de noapte,se joacă doar DUST2, INFERNO, INFERNO2SE între orele 2AM - 11AM. -2
După ședința din data de 19 noiembrie 2023, s-a hotărât că persoanele VIP (români și străini) nu mai sunt obligate să intre pe serverul TeamSpeak (TS). Cu alte cuvinte, prezența VIP-urilor pe TS3 devine opțională. Totuși, este important de menționat că o cerere pentru upgrade-ul de la VIP la admin necesită prezența pe TS3.
Alte recomandări pentru o experiență de joc plăcută și o comunitate sănătoasă:
* Adminii ar trebui să fie amabili și să ofere ajutor jucătorilor noi sau celor care întâmpină probleme în joc.
* Abuzul verbal sau comportamentul inadecvat din partea adminilor/vipurilor nu este tolerat și va atrage la sancțiuni.
* Adminii trebuie să fie imparțiali și să aplice sancțiuni conform regulamentului fără a face favoritisme.
* Încurajăm adminii să fie activi pe server & ts3 și să interacționeze cu comunitatea pentru a crea un mediu prietenos și plin de viață.

1) Admins must respect the map change regulation available at the link: https://bit.ly/3OMhrE5
2) All admins are required to have an account on our community forum.
3) Admins are not obligated to maintain a banlist, but if we receive an unban request from a player, the concerned admin must provide a demo or evidence (screenshots) that the player in question used cheats or did not give WG or SS.
4) Admins and VIPs are not allowed to abuse the double jump feature to climb on maps - remove
5) Admins playing on the server are required to join TeamSpeak3 - remove.
6) The admins have the OBLIGATION to remaiN SPECTATORS while waiting for DEMO / SS (to provide support). -1
7) DEMO / SS WILL BE PROVIDED WITHIN 24 HOURS, OTHERWISE, THE REQUEST WILL BE DECLINED!
😎 Do not execute commands on other admins! Sanction: -3, REMOVE!
9) if you suspect an admin, make a demo of them and the report to the owners (DEȚINĂTOR) do not request demos or screenshot ! -1
10) Disputes between admins are resolved on TS3. Do not argue on the server. -1
11) Don't make fun / be arrogant with new or beginner players, you have the obligation to guide and help them!
12) Attendance is MANDATORY FOR ADMINS on TS3! 3 absences -1! Exception: Giver-Coin.
13) Only ( OWNERS DEȚINĂTOR) can check VIPs / Players and Admins with TEST WG
14) Bunnyhop is FORBIDDEN on this server.
15) During nighttime, only DUST2, INFERNO, INFERNO2SE is played BETWEEN 2AM - 11AM. -2
After the meeting on November 19, 2023, it has been decided that VIPs (both Romanian and foreign) are no longer required to join the TeamSpeak server. In other words, the presence of VIPs on TS3 becomes optional. However, it is worth noting that a request for an upgrade from VIP to admin still requires presence on TS3.
Additional recommendations for a pleasant gaming experience and a healthy community:
* Admins should be friendly and offer assistance to new players or those facing issues in-game.
* Verbal abuse or inappropriate behavior from admins/VIPs is not tolerated and will result in sanctions.
* Admins must be impartial and apply sanctions according to the regulations without showing favoritism.
* We encourage admins to be active on the server & ts3 and engage with the community to create a friendly and vibrant environment.
Make sure that all players and admins are informed about these rules to maintain a positive gaming experience on our CS 1.6 server.
Respecting the regulations is crucial to ensure a welcoming and fair environment for everyone.
