I. Changing the map
1. You are NOT allowed to change the map without a vote - Sanctions start with a verbal warning
2. You have the duty to advise each other before voting - Sanctions start with a verbal warning
3. You have the duty to vote at least 2 cards - Sanctions start with a verbal warning
4. The cards from the say / cards (the last 5 cards played) are excluded from the vote (except between 01:00-10:00) - Sanctions start from the verbal warning
5. Between the hours of 22:00 - 10:00 you have the duty to keep the server populated using any type of map depending on the number of players - Sanctions start from a verbal warning
6. After entering the night program and until its termination (22:00-10:00) the administrators have the obligation not to modify the map or the time limit. This program consists in the fact that starting at 22:00 the maps maintained on the server will be classic, as long as an admin is active, after which the next map will be de_dust2 until 10:00. After 11/12:00, you will have the right to change the folder - Sanctions start from suspend for 3 days, up to -1 to the degree or even REMOVE)
7. The vote will be given only in the last 5 minutes, not 10, not 25, but the last 5 minutes - Sanctions start from the verbal warning
8. After 23:00, awp maps are excluded from voting - Sanctions start from the suspend of access.
II. Using commands
1. You are NOT allowed to swear on the public chat say/say_team - Violation of the rule is sanctioned starting from -1 degree
2. You are NOT allowed to give a ban without presenting the reason - It is sanctioned starting from -1 degree
3. The admins are not allowed to give a kick after 01:00 to any player / admin due to afk, only if another player - colleague wants to enter. - Sanctions start from a verbal warning / suspend / -1 degree
4. Changing the nickname of people who have too long/vulgar/characters ~@#%&.^$ is done in FAN.DUAL-GAMING or any other name by executing the amx_nick command in the console - Penalties for indifference start with a verbal warning
5. The ban list is mandatory on this server, every admin must have a ban list and post all the bans there with permanent effect, proof is also mandatory in the post. - Any money given without being accompanied by proof and a post on the FORUM will be SANCTIONED WITH REMOVE!!!
III. Temporary bans
1. To issue a temporary ban, use the command amx_ban "name" "time" "reason".
2. People who offend the players/administrators are given a gag for a period between 3 and 29 minutes (maximum) depending on the offenses or ironies in question. If you retry after the gag, a fine between 30 and 120 minutes is applied at your choice - The penalty for not complying with these instructions starts with a 3-day suspend in case of non-compliance with the penalty.
IV. Permanent bans
1. All permanent coins are given on STEAMID and IP. To ban a player, use the command amx_ban "name" "0" "reason" (quotes are not mandatory). Once the ban is given, use the command amx_last, take the ip and do the command amx_addban "endless" "IP TAKEN FROM LAST" 0 and reason. (only the IP must be put in quotes) If the respective one left the server, use the same command, amx_addban nick "STEAMID OR IP" "0" "reason". (The STEAMID must be between "" in both cases) To find out the STEAMID, use the amx_last command in the console if it left the server).
2. All permanent payments are given with proof (demo or photo). All admins must have a proof for 14 days, in case of an unban request/complaint - Sanctions start from -1 degree
3. Do not ban the IP class - Violation of the rule is sanctioned with REMOVE
4. Players with a permanent ban are sanctioned:
- for using codes of any type.
- if he was banned in the past and you are sure that it is the same player.
- serious insults to the ALBA staff and server.
5. Each admin has the obligation to apply the ban order only if the proof belongs to him. It is forbidden to request a ban to another admin (the exception is the rank of Founder / Supervisor.) - Sanctions start from -1 degree for the admin who executed the order.
V. Nickname & amx_say.
1. It is forbidden to play with a name other than the one you have access to. Only nicks where your identity can be easily recognized by the other admins are accepted - Sanctions in such cases start from a 1-day/3-day suspend
2. It is forbidden for admins to use amx_say/csay/tsay in their own interest - Sanctions start with a verbal warning
3. The amx_say command is used a maximum of 3 times in a row - Sanctions start with a verbal warning.
VI. Login data (admin name and password)
1. It is forbidden to pass on your access data, respectively nick/pass - steam - Violation of the rule is sanctioned with REMOVE
2. It is forbidden to forward your cfg to other people, not before first checking/removing any line of setinfo _pw from it. It may contain your access data.
3. If you have forgotten your login data and you no longer have the message sent with the access data, request their resending to @eNdlessor @DoDy.
VII.Admin activity
1. Admins must have an account on the forum and be active on the server
2. Admins have the duty to inform themselves about the conditions of the server (rules, plugins, notices). Disinformation by admins is sanctioned with suspend / verbal warning / remove.
3. The administrators have the obligation to take the pictures on a picture site [www.imgur.com - www.postimage.com]. If the player fails to post the pictures, they will also be posted on the forum, at Unban Requests - Sanctions start with a verbal warning.
VIII. Rule violation
1. DO NOT abuse the admin - Violation of the rule is sanctioned according to the sanctions system
2. Admins must be impartial and keep the game as free and pleasant as possible - Penalties for favoritism start from -1 degree
3. You must be an example for the other players!
4. Attacks of any nature between admins are prohibited. Do not judge yourself, present evidence to the founder/supervisor - Violation of the rule is sanctioned starting from -1 degree
5. The use of commands between you, the admins, is strictly prohibited - Violation of the rule is sanctioned starting from -1 degree
6. I agree to read the forum at least once a day.
7. CONGRATULATIONS! You had the good initiative to read the rules and you are one step away from becoming an admin. A little bit left!
8. Admins have the obligation to maintain a decent language, both on the forum and on the server, including the public CHAT and the CHAT of the admins - Sanctions start from a verbal warning.
9. If an admin retires and wants to return to the staff, he will receive the Moderator/Helper rank regardless of the rank he had! [Depending on the person in question and the degree he had before]
10. You are obliged to stay on our TeamSpeak (TS.DUAL-GAMING.RO - ALBA Channel) As long as you are an admin with us, it is important to remember that when you enter the server, you also enter TeamSpeak! - Sanctions being verbal warning / suspend
IX. Rights
1. Administrators have the right to information.
2. Administrators have the right to free expression.

X. Obligations
1. If a player notifies you to forget someone because he claims to have codes, you have the obligation to do your duty as an admin and forget the announced one! - Sanctions start with a verbal warning
2. Respect your colleagues and players on the server.
3. If you have a problem and are absent from the server for more than 5/6 days, announce it on the forum in the Absentee / Withdrawals section. Otherwise, you will be sanctioned if you do not notify.
4. Follow the advice/instructions of higher-ranking admins.
5. Maintaining a pleasant atmosphere on the server and a fair game.
6. You are obliged to respond to unban requests / complaints brought by you [you] on the forum, within a maximum of 24 hours - Violation of the rule is sanctioned starting with a verbal warning and ending with -1/suspend/remove
7. Admins with a higher rank or older admins have the obligation to help the new admin and to explain to him what he has to do if he has some problems. Don't jump on him and don't criticize because no one is born educated!
8. Admins are no longer allowed to ask for explanations for the commands used by colleagues in any form and under any circumstances of the "GL/Founder/Supervisor" grades - Come with the evidence to a Founder through a private message in case of problems with anything admin - Sanctions start from verbal warning/-1/suspend.
9. If you suspect a code admin, do not provoke discussions directly or indirectly on the server/forum and do not execute commands on him. You are obliged to bring a clear proof against the respective admin (demo) and look for an Overwatch or send the proof directly to @eNdless/ @DoDy .
10. Use amx_spectate for spectating. If an admin is caught a maximum of 5 times as a spectator (/spec), he will receive -1 degree.
XI. Other
1. The indifference shown by any admin is sanctioned from a verbal warning to REMOVE.
2. If a Founder (in this case @FINN) enters the server and notices coded players and online admins who are actually playing without the interest of cleaning the server, all those present on the server are sanctioned with a verbal warning / suspend / - 1 degree.
3. In case a Founder/Supervisor requests help in checking the players or gives directives to the admins on the server that are related to their activity and conduct and they do not respect them by ignoring or contesting them, the sanctions start to flow from the verbal warning if it does not fall under another sanction from the system of sanctions.
4. The regulation is valid for absolutely everyone, without exception!
5. The admins have the obligation to be active daily, to bring new people here and advertise on the server! Rank increases will only be given by eNdless/Dody when they consider you a capable admin of the rank you will hold! The decisions taken by them are not discussed both with regard to the admin and the server!
6. Admins/Players with VIP are not allowed to climb on the map or in places where players without VIP cannot reach.

It is forbidden to use obscene language, insults or insults towards admins or especially other players on the server.
If you received received gag on the server it is forbidden to stress the admins via say_team@! (warning/ban 10 min)
Players are not allowed nicknames that contain insults, obscenities, insults (to the players, admins or to the server), advertisements of any kind, sites with obscene content, or any derivatives thereof. (kick/ban 20 min)
Advertising on servers, cs forums or sites with obscene content is strictly prohibited! (warning/kick/temporary ban/permanent ban)
The use of "helper or cfg" codes or programs on the server is strictly prohibited. (permanent ban)
Players who have their pictures taken are required to give the pictures to the admin for verification. (warning/permanent ban). It is recommended that the pictures be uploaded on www.imgur.com/upload and the link reach the admin or on the server or on teamspeak (TS.DUAL-GAMING.RO)!
Players verified by admins are required to respond positively to the admin's request to check their PC for codes only if they hold the rank of GL/Founder/Supervisor on the server!
Announcing codas by other players is done with the say_team @ message or press the U key and start the message with @!
It is forbidden to use the general chat for announcing cheats (you will most likely get a gag)! If you announced a coded and the admin on the server does not take measures, he has the obligation to notify you that the player plays cleanly and if this does not happen, you have every right to make a complaint on the forum to the respective admin.
In case there is no admin on the server, you will make a Demo (write in the console record nick) and you will post it on the forum at [ COMPLAINTS ] with the title [Complaint] Player name!
On the maps with the bomb, the Terrorists must try to plant the bomb, as it is forbidden to stay in the base for a long time. CTs are free to attack or guard bomb sites and do their best to defuse it if it is planted.
On the maps with Hostages CT must try to save the hostages as it is forbidden to camp for a longer time. Terrorists are free to attack or guard hostages. The removal of hostages is strictly prohibited on this type of map! (sanctioned by warning/slay/kick/ban 30 min).
It is strictly forbidden to use the "retry" command during the same round. There is /rs or /resetscore!
Requests of any kind are made on the forum and not on the server
Don't stress the admins with all kinds of requests (only if they want to help you) before visiting the forum!
It is strictly forbidden to climb on the box in the CT base on dust2 (in the dark)
It is strictly forbidden to use doublejump to reach places that are hard to reach visually or on the map! (sanctions start from slay)
It is forbidden to stand afk/spectator for more than 10 minutes. (if you somehow want to stay longer, notify the admin and he will tell you if it is possible or not).
