Because there were files in my game and he said at the time that I was using these dll files that were not legitimate, although he checked them in all ways through virustotal, etc., despite that, they banned me and after suffering to explain and film a video by completely deleting the game and uploading it again in the video and the files appeared, it was confirmed by a responsible person called (7sky) that these files are legitimate and belong to the game indeed and they lifted this ban and apologized for the mistake, but if this means anything, it means a lack of information, how can a person who does not know or even make sure of these files if it were not for my insistence that these files are legitimate and from steam, he would never have removed this ban, and all this is because of a person whose information is only limited, and now the problem of renewing the ban, and I see this problem as the height of mockery, why? I will explain to you (before explaining, I wanted to mention that I play on the automix server) I am from Egypt and in Egypt you can find out easily even if you want to talk to the (parent) company we use only one service provider which is the original and distributor for any other companies which is (WE) a government company that owns the internet in Egypt and therefore most of the people use it only a small group goes to other companies such as (vodafone, etisalat, orange) but these are companies for phone chips they also make their own router or modem that has nothing to do with (we the parent company) but they buy the internet service from the government parent company which is (we) in Egypt there is no fixed IP address every time you restart the router then your address changes it is not necessary to change completely even if only a number changes the important thing is that it gives you another address I hope you understood what I wanted to communicate, let me explain to you then why I was banned they banned me because my ip is similar to a person they banned 3 times before with 3 different accounts and the common thing between them is that there are some numbers in the ip address similar to each other let me show you an example, for example their ip started with (156.207) and after that it could be other numbers like 200.20 or any random numbers and this does not mean that they are the same person I do not know who they are but I explain my same problem why it does not mean that they are the same person, because in Egypt there is no fixed ip address as I explained to you before Because it is not possible to see several people, not one or two or even 100, using a similar IP address but a different number, this means that it is the same person. How is that random? The company does not give a fixed IP to each person, so it is possible that you differ from others by only one number, like anything you take randomly. This is for a population of 120 million people or more. They blocked me because my IP address is the same as the person they blocked. Do you know what I'm talking about? This is the biggest example and evidence that many people can fall into this problem, and this has nothing to do with me or anyone else, because I can fall into this problem several times, not because I have all these people, but because every time I have a random IP address, I do not know who was using it before me and why it was banned, knowing that I have provided several evidence for my words and I can provide more, but no one wants to listen, and now the admin is asking me to change these numbers (156.207) I do not know how to talk more than that and explain more than that, but I see people everywhere in the forum They are banned because of rules they broke that are not acceptable and that is a good thing but why don't I see the same thing for players?
