Admin Abuse

I’m writing this to formally express my concern regarding recent admin behavior that I find abusive and inconsistent with fair play standards.

Earlier today, I was subjected to repeated insults and provocation by another player in the comments. When I responded, an admin (Bangerz) stepped in, but instead of addressing the instigator, the focus was entirely on me telling me to filter my language, when you have the other person discussing body parts (if you can understand) and if it is hard etc.. real profanity. I asked the admin to consider the full context and to mind their own business if they weren’t going to enforce the rules fairly.

Shortly after, a different admin (Live Balan) decided to gag me for 5 minutes. The other player, who started the exchange and continued to insult me, was not gagged at all. After my gag was lifted, I informed the admin that I would be filing a complaint, and they responded by threatening me with a ban. 

The rules around gagging, banning, and general moderation should be clearly defined and applied uniformly. Right now, it feels arbitrary and heavily biased. Players should not be punished for defending themselves against provocation, especially when the original offender receives no consequence.

If anything, I would like to see the guidelines for gags/bans/admin conduct. Moderation needs to be consistent and not influenced by personal bias. Many admins in this forum act without accountability and it’s eroding trust in the community. I’m not here to be silenced or bullied by people who misuse their authority. I won’t tolerate admin abuse of power, and I’m asking for real transparency.

Me and Balan asked you to stop, and u kept doing the same thing... the other player ended the conversion when we told him to stop we know our job and he was clean

You have not said anything other than "language Cucci" and the other admin has not said one thing. He just proceeded to gag me. Please do not lie. It is embarrassing, especially if you are an adult.  Otherwise I challenge you to show me proof of what you allege above. 

Secondly, you seem confused. I never said the other player wasn't clean. If you have comprehension issues, I recommend doing what I told you to begin with, and it is to mind your business.  

I have played with the other player when he joined the server for the very first time ever (I think two or three days ago). He uses sgs/straffe or whatever the hell it is called to jump and get acceleration. Although that is not cheating, it is not allowed in the server as stipulated in the rules of the server, which I assume you can't understand? When I let him know that it is not allowed in the server he said BS. And so today when an admin asked him to stop doing that or get banned I responded with a smiley face. 

In return, he said "I bet your pipi is hard right now". Which you possibly don't understand also. You seem to have a lot of comprehension issues and if my complaint involves you, and all you can do is lie, please dismiss yourself and let an impartial admin review this. Your input is not needed.

Stop what? Reporting you to the server? Or what? This is exactly the behavior I am describing. You being an admin does not intimidate me.

Again, this thread is not for you. This is to report admin abuse, not for your commentary. 

Let your superiors see it.
